ABOUT THE BUSINESS
Tech Services Group is a sales and service IT company that provides managed technical support for small to medium businesses. We are Dell Gold Resellers and are affiliated with many other well known manufacturers such as Microsoft, Intel, AMD, and Symantec. Tech Services Group installs and maintains networks, custom builds and troubleshoots desktop PCs, and manages Internet security including virus / spyware / intrusion protection and secure remote access.
The philosophy of Tech Services Group is that if a company will allow their technology to be pushed to a high enough standard, the company will minimize their downtime and maximize their productivity. In addition, outsourcing of technology management frees up staff who are better suited to tasks they were hired to perform rather than IT tasks in which they have insufficient training.
