Leonard W. Shoemaker's engineering and real estate consulting experience spans 40 years. Leonard has been "in responsible charge" of hundreds of projects of all sizes and complexities with project costs totaling considerably in excess of one hundred million dollars.
Since 1990 He has provided comprehensive entrepreneurial investment management and consultant/advisor services to a limited number of select clients on real estate management and asset liquidation matters. These services involved coordination with trustees, attorneys, appraisers, brokers, engineers, surveyors, financial institutions, managing and limited partners, debtors, federal, state and local governmental agencies and auction companies.
