Dover will have a special reserved area. Choose from menu that includes salad/soup, entree, and dessert. There will be a cash bar available for individual selection. The music begins at 8:30 PM. Dance floor will be available to those who wish to strut their stuff.

Mixed Greens Fraise Garden Salad: Tossed with lime mustard vinaigrette, diced tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese and caramelized pecans or Cup of Soup due Jour.
2nd Course
Herb Marinated Grilled Mahi-Mahi: Served with a scallion crawfish ginger sauce and basmati rice
Pan Seared Beef Medallions: With garlic cream potatoes, and figs served with served with merlot reduction sauce
Romano Crusted Chicken: With cream potatoes, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, shrimp and wild mushrooms in a lemon basil sauce,Grilled Vegetable Platter: Seasonal chargrilled and sauted vegetables
