Want to feel grateful going into Thanksgiving? Want to refresh the gratitude you have for life? Want to feel good about small business helping people with real problems?

Larry Keast started Venturetech Corporation International in his garage in 1980. As a machine design engineer and inventor, Larry is an architect of machinery, and is passionate about what he's doing. With no outside money, he has built Venturetech into a world leader manufacturing hydraulic drilling machinery for oil and gas wells.

On November 19th, the Friday before Thanksgiving, come hear Larry talk about the program he and his team are creating. He didn't set out to create a program, just to hire a few people that needed a job. But it worked out so well that his company's turnover has dropped, costs are down, productivity is up, and his team is really pulling together. As a result, Larry is out to train America's small business CEO's to replicate his success.

Come hear the inspiring story of how this all came about. Invite your friends and family and go into Thanksgiving with a renewed feeling of thanks.
