Dee Murray, LCDC, LMSW is the Director of the Coalition of Behavioral Health Services and Vice President of The Council on Alcohol and Drugs Houston. She has over 35 years of broad-based program management, program development, personnel management, consulting, training and technical assistance.

Ms. Murray has received recognition for creative expansions of quality programs, and national awards for coalition building. She is actively involved in community development, and strategies for change.
